InfoSol Public Training Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation, no – show, rescheduling and refund processes.

If you would like to cancel or reschedule a course you are registered for please contact us at events@infosol.com and we will follow up with you.

InfoSol will confirm all cancellations or rescheduling requests by e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation of the cancellation or rescheduling within three (3) business days of the request, you should call (623) 707-7600 ext. 100 to reconfirm. Financial responsibility remains with the customer for all class fees unless a proper cancellation or rescheduling request is received and confirmed by InfoSol prior to the start of the class.

If you are crossing the U.S. border to attend a training class, be aware of the destination government’s customs regulations and services. If you are refused entry the standard cancellation charges will apply.

The following classroom cancellation and rescheduling fee schedule applies:

*Date of cancellation or rescheduling request (measured from the first day of the class) 

Applicable fees:

  • More than 11 business days no charge
  • 10 business days 50% of the total class fee
  • 3 or fewer business days 100% of the total class fee

    Hello,
    Can you please confirm for me if these classes are transferrable? “Life happens” in business too, so I want to be sure my company doesn’t put themself in a “non-refundable” situation should something arise last minute preventing my attendance to one of your vitual courses.
