Hello,
I am interested in this class. Is it an online class or in the classroom.
Thank you,
Cassadi
Hi Cassadi,
Thank you for reaching out.
This is a virtual class led by a live instructor. You will attend virtually and connect to a cloud training environment. Again, this is a live instructor, so you will be able to ask a real person questions during the class.
Does this answer your question?
Thank you,
Chris
Hello. What sort of device / browser would I need to use to take this virtual class?
Thanks,
Chris
Hey Chris,
You will access a virtual BusinessObjects environment hosted on our servers and you will will be required to access this environment using a Remote Desktop connection, so as long as you are on a device that can access the RD you will be good to go. Our instructors send out the server connection info a few days prior, so you can ensure that you are able to connect before the course starts and have time to troubleshoot any potential issues.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks
John
Hey guys,
Some colleagues and I were looking to sign up for this class. However, one of them is already fairly familiar with the tool. Is there an option to just jump in on the 2nd or 3rd day of the class?
Thanks,
Jake
Hey Jake,
We will have an account manager follow up with you on this.
Thanks,
-John
