This session will cover the basics of creating calculations up through the most advanced features. It will include creating formulas, converting to variables, and creating variables directly. It will include an in-depth look at the function library, including many of the new functions. The presentation will also include a detailed look at utilizing dates in your calculations as well as more advanced features. The presentation will consist of a live demo of all topics covered.

This session will cover the steps of building an Xcelsius dashboard using IDT as the source. We will also discuss the pros and cons of doing this along with a live demo.

This presentation incorporates many of the new 4.1 features into advanced reports. Topics will include Master Detail, Hiding, Conditional Formatting, linking Blocks, and Grouping. It will also include enhancements to Formulas, Variables, and Functions.

This presentation will cover how Explorer fits into the self –service BI landscape along with a full demo of all topics covered.

02:45 – 3:30pm Building Universes with the IDT, Michael Ward, CTTS
This presentation will be a live demo building a universe with the IDT. It will include defining a project, setting up connections, building a data foundation, building a business layer, adding custom LOVS and Parameters, and Publishing a universe.
