Limitless Business Intelligence Paul Grill, President, Infosol
Organizations and people all over the world are using Business Intelligence in new, innovative and amazing ways to unlock insightful information.
Current technology enables us to analyze, visualize and explore huge amounts of data but the real breakthrough in BI is the realization that we can now create true Business Intelligence applications for almost anything and everything. We are only limited by our imaginations which collectively can conjure up infinite possibilities. We are entering a time of limitless business intelligence.
This enlightening session will highlight and demonstrate four customer case studies of business intelligence applications created using BusinessObjects tools and inspired imaginations. They will include a Drug Safety solution for a Pharmaceutical company and a location intelligence application to help build stronger vendor relationships and partnerships.

A New SAP Support Portal is coming! – Kristen Scheffler, SAP
What if we had a SAP Support Portal that was re-organized based on customer tasks, used customer language, and was built on customer research? This is what’s coming with the new SAP Support Portal Experience.
The Product Support Customer Experience team and Active Global Support Infrastructure team worked with over a thousand SAP customers in interviews, usability studies and online collaboration activities to help us design and deliver a brand new SAP Support Portal experience based on their input.
In this session, you will learn about what to expect with the Phase 1 launch of the new SAP Support Portal, what’s coming in 2014, and see a live demo of the new SAP Support Portal.
Bullet points:
- Background to the creation of a new SAP Support Portal
- Key dates for launch
- What to expect with Phase 1 delivery
- What’s coming in 2014
- Live Demo and Q&A
Mobile Landscape for BusinessObjects Users Paul Grill, President, Infosol
While everything mobile is hot right now, including mobile Business Intelligence, companies tend to be experimenting more with BI on mobile devices than they are embarking on enterprise wide solutions. This makes sense when we consider the plethora of different devices, operating systems and applications available in addition to considerations based around the investment made in existing BI applications for the PC.
This presentation will delve into both the options and the considerations for deploying BI applications on mobile devices. If you have made significant investments in BusinessObjects in the Enterprise, how do you best leverage this on mobile devices?
Real customer case studies will be presented and discussed to show different approaches to effectively deploying BI on mobile devices today.
